Admissions Pipeline
For admissions agencies

University applications, filled in minutes. Reviewed and submitted by your team.

Admissions Pipeline reads each student's passport, transcript and English test once, checks eligibility on the course page, then fills the university's own application portal as a draft. It never submits.

Demo on a practice portal with fictional universities and a fictional sample student.

The problem

Agencies retype the same student data into a different portal for every university, then chase documents, deadlines and expiring passports by hand.

Every portal

is different: search fields, custom dropdowns, uploads, cookie banners, slow pages.

Every student

means the same passport, grades and English scores typed again and again.

Every intake

brings deadlines, missing documents and anxious messages to keep track of.

How it works

Four steps. A person stays in control of the decisions that matter.

1

Read documents

Passport, transcript, IELTS and handwritten notes (PDF or photo) become a checked student profile with a calculated GPA.

2

Check eligibility

Compares the student with the course's own page and quotes the evidence, including grade conversion and sponsor rules.

3

Fill the portal

The agent fills the university's application as a draft: personal details, qualifications, course, campus, intake, uploads.

4

Review and submit

Your consultant checks the draft and submits. Every value is read back from the page into a report.

Built like real software

A Windows app with a one-click installer, made for agency staff, not developers.

Learns each portal

When a person helps once, the rule is saved. Repeat applications replay known pages with fewer AI calls.

Several at once

Run up to five applications side by side, with a live panel and Pause, Resume and Stop.

Course matching

Check one student against many courses and get a ranked shortlist with deadlines.

Tracker and reminders

Status, deadlines, passport and English test expiry, time and AI cost per application, Excel export.

Answer bank

Questions answered once per student, or once for the whole agency, and reused on every portal.

AI cost meter

Each agency uses its own AI key: about $0.10–0.50 per application, shown live, with a monthly budget.

Screens show fictional sample students and sample figures.

Safe by design

The rules that matter are enforced in code, not left to the AI.

Never submits

Submit, pay and declaration buttons are blocked. Your consultant submits.

You keep logins

Login, MFA and CAPTCHA stay with a person. Passwords are never typed or recorded.

Encrypted data

Student data is encrypted on the agency's own computer. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Consent recorded

Student consent before any AI processing, retention reminders and full deletion.
